Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for services purchased from Amplifya LLC (“Amplifya,” “we,” “us”). It applies to all setup fees, monthly service fees, prepaid plans, and term contracts.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your first payment, contact us and we will refund the setup fee and first month’s service fee in full. No questions asked.
- The 30 days start on the date of your first payment.
- The guarantee applies once per client business.
- It does not cover third-party costs described in Section 6.
- On a prepaid plan or term contract, the guarantee refunds everything you have paid us within the first 30 days.
2. Month-to-Month Plans
Most of our services are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. You may cancel at any time.
- Cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again.
- Service continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
- After the 30-day guarantee period, we do not issue refunds or credits for partial months.
3. Prepaid Plans (3, 6, or 12 Months)
We sometimes offer a discount when you prepay for 3, 6, or 12 months of service.
- Within the first 30 days, the full prepayment is covered by the guarantee in Section 1.
- After 30 days, you may cancel and receive a refund for any unused full months.
- Months already used are recalculated at our standard monthly rate, and the difference is deducted from the refund. Partial months are not refunded.
Example
You prepay 6 months at $422.45/month ($2,534.70, the 15% prepay discount) instead of the standard $497/month. You cancel after month 2. Months used: 2 × $497 = $994. Refund: $2,534.70 − $994 = $1,540.70.
4. Term Contracts (6 or 12 Months)
In exchange for a discounted monthly rate, some clients sign a 6- or 12-month term contract billed monthly.
- Within the first 30 days, you may cancel under the guarantee in Section 1.
- After 30 days, you may end the contract early by paying an early termination fee equal to the total discount you have received so far (the difference between our standard monthly rate and your discounted rate, for each month billed).
- No further monthly charges apply after cancellation.
- At the end of the term, your plan continues month to month at the same rate unless you or we give notice before the renewal date.
5. How to Cancel or Request a Refund
Email support@amplifya.ai or call 877-310-1977 with your business name and the email on your account. We confirm every cancellation in writing within one business day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Non-Refundable Third-Party Costs
Some costs are paid to other companies on your behalf and cannot be recovered. These are not refundable under any part of this policy:
- Advertising spend paid to Google, Meta, or other ad platforms
- Phone numbers, SMS/voice usage, and carrier registration fees
- Domain registrations and third-party software licenses purchased for your account
We will tell you before purchase which costs fall into this category.
7. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, we may pause your services until the account is current.
8. Billing Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank. We respond within one business day and will correct any billing error promptly.
